1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the GDW Core website at gdwcore.lol and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services. These terms are binding between you and GDW ENTERPRISES LLC.
2. Services
GDW Core provides managed IT services, network infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. Specific service scope is defined in a Master Services Agreement. These Terms govern general website use.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide necessary access, accurate information, designate a point of contact, and comply with security policies. GDW Core is not liable for issues caused by client non-compliance.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are per your MSA. Invoices net 30. Late payments incur 1.5 percent monthly interest. Services may be suspended after 45 days past due.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Obligations extend three years after termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to fees paid for services giving rise to the claim. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
Website content is property of GDW ENTERPRISES LLC.
8. Governing Law
Governed by Ohio law. Disputes in Franklin County, Ohio.
9. Changes to Terms
Terms may be modified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
